03 Design
Together we agree focus, actions, timescale and measures. Outcome: a clear written pathway with agreed outcomes.
04 Develop
Coaching, training, modelling and hands-on support. Outcome: growing confidence and stronger practice.
05 Embed
Systems, routines and leadership capacity. Outcome: change becomes everyday practice.
06 Reflect
We review agreed measures, celebrate progress and set next steps, then return to listening. Outcome: evidence of impact and a clear way forward.
