About Donna
Experience from inside schools.
I’m Donna Woosey, founder of EVOLVE Pathways. I understand both the privilege and the pressure of school leadership, and the difference it makes to have a trusted partner alongside you.
My approach combines careful listening, honest professional challenge and practical support, helping leaders and teams move forward with clarity and confidence.
My work draws on experience as Headteacher of Heighington Millfield Primary Academy, leading school improvement and supporting schools through a wide range of school-to-school partnerships, including work with the English Hub. I bring that experience to each partnership with a clear purpose: to strengthen people and practice so that improvement becomes part of everyday school life.
Today, I support primary schools, academies and trusts across Lincolnshire and beyond. My work includes collaboration with Lincolnshire Teaching School Hub and facilitation of the National Professional Qualification for Senior Leadership (NPQSL).
